HFACS的细节层级元素在24Model中的对应研究 被引量:12

A comparative research on classification of granularity level elements in HFACS into 24Model

摘要 为全面理解人因分析与分类系统(HFACS),通过剖析HFACS和24Model各层的具体含义,将HFACS的细节层级元素对应到24Model中予以研究。作者发现,HFACS中各层级的142个元素都能对应到24Model中,24Model能完整地包含HFACS的全部内容且涵盖更广。其中,HFACS细节层级的元素对应到24Model不安全动作的元素有47.5个,HFACS中不安全动作包含一些导致不安全动作产生的元素,不甚合理;对应到不安全物态的元素有7个,但HFACS未将不安全物态作单独考虑;对应到习惯性不安全行为的元素有52.5个;对应到组织层面的元素有31个,HFACS仅列举影响安全的组织因素,24Model中分析了为控制这些因素提供系统化管理方法和管理框架的安全管理体系的缺欠;对应到外部原因的元素有4个,24Model组织外部原因的内容涵盖更全面。 With the aim of comprehensive understanding HFACS and offering new ideas for the study of the causation accident model, the authors took a comparative research on level of granularity elements in HFACS into 24 Model. By analyzing the specific meaning of each level in HFACS and 24 Model respectively, granularity elements of each level classified into the 24 Model. The results show that the 142 elements of various levels in HFACS can be classified into 24 Model. 24 Model can completely contain the entire contents of HFACS and covers a wider range. There are 47.5 levels of granularity elements classified into unsafe act in 24 Model and it is not reasonable some elements which are the causation of unsafe acts are included in the unsafe acts in HFACS. There are 7 levels of granularity elements in each HFACS layer classified into unsafe physical condition in 24 Model and unsafe physical condition is not a specific item in HFACS. 52.5 levels of granularity elements are classified into unsafe habit behavior in 24 Model. 31 levels of granularity elements are classified into organization level in 24 Model. The organizational factors that influence the safety are enumerated in HFACS, contrastively 24 Model analyzes defects in the safety management systems which providing safety management system management method and management framework for the control of these factors. 4 levels of granularity elements are classified into external factors in 24 Model and that of 24 Model contains more scope of organizational factors.
