摘要
L-组氨酸可用于生物医药领域治疗多种疾病,并且其生物合成路径广泛分布在细菌、古细菌、低等真核生物以及植物中。由于组氨酸的生物合成路径较长,调控机制复杂,一直是研究的热点。该文对大肠杆菌中L-组氨酸的生物合成路径进行了概述,同时综述了当前国内外生产L-组氨酸大肠杆菌的研究进展,最后结合当前的研究进展进行了展望。
L-histidine can be used in biomedical field to treat many diseases, and the pathway of L-histidine bio- synthesis is wide spread in bacterium, archaebacteria, eukaryotes and plant. The research on the biosynthesis of L- histidine is hotspot for its long biosynthesis pathway and complex regulatory mechanism. In this article, the L-histidine biosynthesis pathway in Escherichia coli was explained, researches on Escherichia coli producing L-histidine were sum- marized, and perspectives for L-histidine production were suggested based on current progress.
