摘要
目的:探讨PBL理念指导下的临床情景模拟教学的教学效果。方法:以2012级护理本科学生为改革对象在其内科护理学实验课教学中进行PBL理念指导下的临床情景模拟教学,统计传统教学法和改革后学生的理论成绩,并进行教师与学生对教学效果的满意度调查,评价改革后的教学效果。结果:改革后的理论及主观题成绩高于传统教学法,教师及学生对改革后教学法的满意度高于传统教学法。结论:PBL理念指导下的临床情景模拟教学效果优于传统教学法,值得广泛推广。
Objective:To evaluate the value of the method of chnical simulation teaching combined with PBL pattern. Methods: The 2012 grade nursing students were experimental group and the clinical simulation teaching combined with PBL pattern was used in the course of medi- cal nursing. The score and the degree of satisfaction about the teaching method were added up to evaluate the effect of the new teaching method. Results: The students in experimental group had a significant higher score than those in traditional teaching group. And the students and teachers had higher degree of satisfaction about the new teaching method. Conclusion: It means that the method of clinical simulation combined with PBL teaching is an effective teaching method and should be widely used.
