摘要
高新技术产品出口规模的扩大和结构的优化对扬州转变外贸增长方式,增强自主创新能力,推动扬州科技创新型经济的发展具有重要的意义。扬州高新技术产品在迎来出口高速增长的同时,也存在一系列的问题:外商投资企业所占出口份额较大,自我研发能力薄弱,仍以加工贸易为主等。针对这些问题,本文分析其深层次原因,并提出相应的对策。
It＇s important to transfer foreign trade growth mode, to enhance the capability of independent innovation, to pro- mote the development of scientific and technological innovation oriented economy by expanding and optimizing the high-tech products in Yangzhou. Ushering in a rapid growth in exports, Yangzhou high-tech products also put in a series of problems： large share of exports of foreign invested enterprises, weak self-development ability, and processing trade mainly. To solve these problems, the paper analyzes the deep reasons, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.
