摘要
目的探讨临床护理路径用于胆结石围手术期护理的效果。方法选取我院收治的胆结石患者71例进行统计分析,根据护理方式分为对照组35例和观察组36例,对照组患者予以常规护理,观察组患者实施临床护理路径,观察两组患者的护理效果。结果观察组总有效率优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论临床护理路径用于胆结石围手术期护理的效果突出。
Objective To investigate the clinical nursing path for perioperative nursing of gallstones. Methods Selected our hospital patients with gallstones in 71 cases for statistical analysis,according to the nursing mode,were divided into control group of 35 cases and 36 cases in the observation group,the control group of patients used routine nursing,the observation group received clinical nursing pathway. To observe the nursing effect of two groups. Results In the observation group,the total efficiency was significantly better than the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical nursing path for perioperative nursing of gallstones have outstanding effect.
