摘要
目的:通过对我院门诊中药饮片电子处方进行点评,旨在提高处方质量、促进临床合理用药。方法:通过我院PASS系统随机抽取2015年度我院门诊中药饮片电子处方1200张,采取系统预判与人工点评相结合的方法,筛选出不合理处方,并对不合理处方进行分类、分析、总结。结果:随机抽取的1200张中药饮片电子处方中,点评合格的处方为843张,合格率为70.25%;点评不合格的为357张,不合格率为29.75%;不合格处方主要体现在不规范处方、用药不适宜处方和超常处方三个方面。结论:我院门诊中药饮片处方存在一定的不合格现象,与多方面因素有关,提高医师处方质量,促进临床合理用药意义重大。
Objective: To improve the quality of prescription and promote the clinical rational drug administration through the prescription review of Chinese herbal medicine decoction pieces of outpatient in our hospital. Methods: 1200 electronic prescriptions of Chinese herbal medicine decoction pieces of outpatient in our hospital in 2015 were randomly selected from our hospital PASS system and the unreasonable prescriptions were screened, sorted, analyzed and summarized via the system pre-judgement combined with manual review. Results: Out of a random sample of 1200 Chinese herbal medicine electronic prescription, there were 843 qualified prescriptions, the qualification rate was 70.25%; and there were 357 unqualified prescriptions, the fraction defective was 29.75%; the unqualified prescriptions included non-standard prescription, inappropriate prescription and extraordinary prescription. Conclusion: There were unqualified prescriptions of Chinese herbal medicine decoction pieces of outpatient in our hospital, which were related to multiply factors, therefore, it was of great significance to improve the quality of prescription and to promote clinical rational medication.
