摘要
目的:建立参柏舒心颗粒中黄柏碱含量测定的方法。方法:采用Diamonsil-C_(18)(5μm,4.6mm×250mm)色谱柱,以乙睛-0.1%磷酸溶液(36∶64)(每100mL加十二烷基磺酸钠0.1g)为流动相,流速:1mL·min^(-1),检测波长284nm,柱温35℃。结果:盐酸黄柏碱在0.0586~1.1730μg范围内峰面积与浓度呈良好的线性关系,平均加样回收率为100.37%,RSD=1.57%。结论:该方法简便准确,专属性强,可用于参柏舒心颗粒质量控制的方法。
Objective:To establish a method for determination of phellodendrine hydrochloride in Shen Bai Shuxin granules. Meth- ods: Diamonsil-C18 column(5μm, 4.6mm × 250mm) was used,the mobile phase was acetonitrile -- 0.1 % phosphoric acid (40 : 60) (0. lg dodecyl sulfonate was dissolved in per 100mL the liquid), with the flow rate of 1mL/min by elution. The column temperature was main-tained at 35℃ and the detection wavelength was set as 284nm. Results : In a range of 0. 0586--1.1730μg, the peak area of phellodendrine hydrochloride showed a good linear relationship with the concentration. The average recovery rate was 100.39% (RSD = 1.34 %). Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate and specific, can be used for the quality control of Shen Bai Shuxin gran- ules.
