摘要
为探讨产学研合作创新中的利益协同机制问题,采用跨案例研究方法对辽宁省三家新型产业技术研究院的组织架构、利益分配、资金投入等方面进行比较,剖析其利益协同机制。结果表明,产学研协同创新主体利益协同机制的关键要素为知识产权界定、主体权益分配与研发风险补偿,并提出了相应的政策建议。
This paper aims to explore how to coordinate the interests of different organizations in the Industry-- University--Research collaborative innovations, which is critical to the success of the cooperation. Based on a multi --ease study of three industrial innovation platforms of Liaoning province, it analyzed the organizational structure, interests distribution systems and investment patterns among them. Results show that intellectual property protec- tion, rights and interests distribution and risk compensation are key factors to the success of Industry--University--Research collaborative innovation. Finally, the policy suggestions are put forward correspondingly.
