摘要
由于融资渠道受限和自身的一些特殊性,融资难问题一直困扰着科技型小微企业。股权众筹的本质是天使投资,但是比传统天使投资更具优势,是适合科技型小微企业的互联网融资方式。股权众筹融资门槛低、速度快,并解决了科技型小微企业的信息不对称及融资成本高等问题。发展股权众筹融资,可以使我国多层次资本市场体系的功能更加完善。
Technologic type small and micro businesses are troubled by the difficulty of financing because of limi- tation of financing channels and some specificity. The nature of stock right is angel investment ,but it has more ad- vantage than angel investment. It is a suitable way of internet financing for technologic type small and micro busi- nasses. Stock right financing can solve information asymmetry and high financing costs as it is easy and fast. The development of stock right financing can make the function of our country＇s multi--level capital market system more better.
