摘要 当前高职院校校企"双主体"合作育人仍存在利益机制不明确、企业缺少参与合作育人的动力等问题。在阐述利益相关者理论的基础上,对校企"双主体"合作育人的利益相关者展开分析,在此基础上提出提升"双主体"育人效果的对策。 At present ,the benefit mechanism of enterprises and higher vocational college dual Subjects is not clear, The enterprise still exist little incentive to participate in cooperation and other issues. Based on the stakeholder the- ory, this article analyzes the " Dual Subjects " cooperation between colleges and educating stakeholders. Based on this, it puts forward the countermeasures of ascension " Dual Subjects" education effect.
