摘要
对现有熔炼配料的算法做出改进,采用矩阵法来提高配料计算的精度,从而提高产品合格率,减少燃料、金属等材料的消耗,降低生产成本。结果表明,在Excel中建立基于矩阵法的熔炼配料计算模型,其建模过程简单快捷,计算结果精确可靠,操作简单、通用性强,能够很好地适用于科研试验及工厂生产等熔炼配料计算实践中。
The present algorithm for melting burden was improved, and the matrix method was used to improve the accuracy of calculation, so as to improve the qualified rate of products, reduce the consumption of fuel, metal and other materials, and reduce the production cost. The results show that the smelting burden calculation model established in Excel based on the matrix method is simple and rapid, the calculation results are accurate and reliable, simple operation, strong versatility, can be well applied to scientific research experiment and the actual production process of the plant.
