摘要
目的调查肿瘤专科护理人员手部病原菌的分布情况,进而强化护理人员注意手部卫生及预防医院感染的意识,为医院感染的预防与控制提供理论依据。方法研究对象为2016年2—5月该科的31名护理人员,分别对其在进行六步洗手法前后的加药操作和静脉输液过程中手部进行微生物采样,调查几种具有较强致病性的细菌:大肠埃希菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、聚团肠杆菌以及真菌的分布情况。结果 131名护理人员在加药操作过程中手部大肠埃希菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、聚团肠杆菌以及真菌的检出率分别为38.71%、58.06%、61.29%、67.74%,洗手后各病原菌的检出情况分别为3.22%、0.00%、0.00%、6.45%;监督洗手后手部病原菌总数比操作过程中明显减少。231名护理人员在静脉输液操作过程中手部大肠埃希菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、聚团肠杆菌以及真菌的检出率分别为19.36%、48.39%、61.29%、38.71%;洗手后各病原菌的检出情况分别为0.00%、0.00%、16.13%、9.68%;监督洗手后手部病原菌总数比操作过程中明显减少。结论该科护理人员手部卫生情况污染比较严重,应督促其在工作中严格按照六步洗手法进行洗手,如有条件可进一步改进方法和设施,并提高认识加大监管力度。
Objective To survey the distribution of hand pathogenic bacteria of nursing staff in the department of oncology and then enhance the nursing staff's awareness of noticing the hand hygiene and preventing hospital infection thus provid-ing theoretical basis for the prevention and control of hospital infection. Methods 31 cases of nursing staff in our depart-ment from February 2016 to May 2016 were selected as the research objects, and the hands of them were respectively given microorganism sampling before and after adopting the six-step hand-washing method in the drug-additional operation and venous transfusion process, and the distribution of some kinds of bacteria with strong pathogenicity such as escherichia coli, staphylococcus aureus, enterobacter agglomerans and fungus was surveyed. Results ①The detection rates of hand es-cherichia coli, staphylococcus aureus, enterobacter agglomerans and fungus of 31 cases of nursing staff in the drug-addi-tional operation process were respectively 38.71%, 58.06%, 61.29% and 67.74%, the detection rates of various pathogenic bacteria after washing hands were respectively 3.22%, 0.00%, 0.00% and 6.45%, and the hand pathogenic bacteria total number after monitoring the hand-washing obviously decreased compared with that in the operation process.②The detection rates of hand escherichia coli, staphylococcus aureus, enterobacter agglomerans and fungus of 31 cases of nursing staff in the venous transfusion process were respectively 19.36%, 48.39%, 61.29% and 38.71%, and the detection rates of various pathogenic bacteria after washing hands were respectively 0.00%, 0.00%, 16.13% and 9.68%, and the hand pathogenic bac-teria total number after monitoring the hand-washing obviously decreased compared with that in the operation process. Conclusion The hand hygiene pollution condition of nursing staff in our department is more serious, we should urge them to wash hands in work strictly according to the six-step hand-washing method, if condition permits, we can further improve methods and facilities, raise awareness and strength the supervision.
