摘要
目的探讨神经内科护理管理中施行精细化管理的可行性。方法该次试验对象为2015年3—10月该院就诊的100例神经内科患者,按照随机法将患者分为常规管理组和精细管理组。常规管理组采取常规护理管理模式;精细管理组在常规管理组基础上施行精细化管理。结果 1精细管理组患者护理管理满意率显著比常规管理组高,P<0.05;2精细管理组住院时间、住院费用显著比常规管理组少,P<0.05;3精细管理组意外事件发生率、护理并发症发生率明显较少,基础护理合格率、一级护理合格率显著比常规管理组高,P<0.05。结论神经内科护理管理中施行精细化管理的可行性高,可有效提升护理管理质量,促进基础护理、一级护理合格率的提高,减少护理并发症和意外事件,提升患者满意度,可缩短住院时间,减轻神经内科患者住院负担,值得推广。
Objective To study the feasibility of the implementation of refined management in the nursing management in the department of neurology. Methods 100 cases of patients treated in the department of neurology in our hospital from March 2015 to October 2015 were selected as the test objects and randomly divided into two groups, the routine manage-ment group adopted the routine nursing management mode, and the refined management group adopted the refined manage-ment on the basis of the routine management group. Results ①The nursing management satisfactory rate in the refined management group was obviously higher than that in the routine management group, P〈0.05. ②The length of stay and hos-pitalization cost in the refined management group were fewer than those in the routine management group, P〈0.05. ③The incidence rates of accidents and nursing complications in the refined management group were obviously fewer than those in the routine management group, and the qualified rates of basic nursing and one-level nursing were higher than those in the routine management group, P〈0.05. Conclusion The feasibility of the implantation of refined management in the nursing management in the department of neurology is high, which can effectively improve the nursing management quality, promote the improvement of qualified rates of basic nursing and one-level nursing, reduce the nursing complications and accidents, improve the satisfied degree of patients, shorten the length of stay and relieve the hospitalization burden of patients in the department of neurology, which is worth promotion.
