风力发电机轮毂加工V型架强度分析和改进

摘要 利用HyperWorks有限元分析软件建立某风力发电机轮毂加工V型架有限元分析模型,并对V型架进行静态强度分析,发现该V型架倾斜工字梁与底层工字梁连接处的结构设计不合理,并通过增加加强筋和工艺孔的方法进行了改进.经强度校核和验证,轮毂V型架的最大应力由改进前的261.2 MPa变为改进后的209.0 MPa,比改进前减小了20%,改进后的V型架能够满足使用条件. A finite element analysis model of V-rack for wind turbine hub was established using HyperWorks, and the static strength calculated. It was found that the structural design of the connection between the tilt beam and bottom beam of the V-rack was weakly designed and was improved by adding the rib and the process hole. Strength check and verification has proved that the maximum stress of V-rack frame is reduced 20% from 261.2 MPa to 209. 0 MPa. The improved V-rack frame could meet the requirement of application.
