摘要
本文介绍在"微电子器件"的课堂教学中,将课堂讲授、实验测试和器件仿真三种教学方法有效地结合起来,形成"微电子器件"课程的三元教学新方法,使学生从被动学习变为主动的、创造性的学习,有效加深学生对器件物理机制的理解,提高教学质量。本文对"微电子器件"课程教学有一定的指导作用。
The teaching methods of Microelectronic Device are explored and improved. The lectures, laboratory tes- ting, and device simulation are combined to develop the three elements teaching method. Practices show that this teaching method can improve teaching quality efficiently and develop students'professional quality, innovative think- ing and operational ability. This paper can serve as a significant guide in the teaching of Microelectronic Device course.
