摘要
布置不同位置和数量的立柱,建立了不会产生倒烟现象的炕的物理模型,从理论上解释了烟气不会产生回流的现象,比较流固耦合仿真计算的结果,得出最有利于炕板表面温度均匀分布的结构,并把此结构作为最优结构,仿真计算得到最优结构烟囱出口处气体的温度达到400K以上,比传统炕的烟囱出气口温度明显偏高,为炕内部流体带来强大的热压,且烟气不会倒流。
A physical model of the Kang that does not produce reflux by arranging different position and number of upright in Kang was built, and the explain in theory on the phenomenon that the Kang will not product reflux and the fluid solid coupling simulation was given. Compared the simulation results, the most beneficial structure to the uniform temperature distribution of the Kang plate surface was gotten, and the structure as the final structure of the optimization was developed. The simulation of optimal structure shows that the temperature of the gas in the outlet is more than 400K and is further higher than the temperature of traditional Kang, and a strong thermal power is supported and gas will not turn back.
