济南市区和长清地区春季大气中PM_(2.5)、PM_(10)颗粒物差异的扫描电镜研究 被引量:4

摘要 利用扫描电镜对济南市区和长清地区大气中PM2.5、PM10颗粒物显微形态及粒径分布状态进行了观察与分析,采用统计回归分析方法绘制了连续30天的大气颗粒物粒径与数量分布状况关系曲线及相应的柱状图。实验结果表明:两地大气颗粒物主要集中在0-1.0μm和1.0-2.5μm的粒径范围内,长清地区出现较多细小颗粒物数量的天数明显多于济南市区。显微形态均为不规则的颗粒状、块状、圆球状、棒状和片状等。另外,两地均观察到了杆菌和花粉的显微形态,实验结果对于研究大气中PM2.5、PM10及大气污染状况具有一定的参考价值,实验方法值得推广应用。 The microstructure and particle size and distribution of the atmospheric particulate matters were observed by the scanning electron microscope in 2015 spring in Jinan city and Changqing region.At the same time,the relation curve and histogram of the particle size and the distribution of the quantity of atmospheric particulates during the continuous thirty days was drew with the statistical regression analysis method.The experimental results showed that atmospheric particulates stayied mainly in a particle size range of 0-1.0μm and 1.0-2.5μm.Number of days of the number of fine particulate matters in Changqing were obviously more than that of Ji'nan.The microstructure of the atmospheric particulate matters included irregular particle,block,spherosome,clava,chip,etc.In addition,the microstructure of Escherichia coli and pollen were observed.The experimental results have reference value to the research of the PM_(2.5) and PM_(10) in atmosphere and the atmospheric contamination.
