摘要
随着人口数量的增加和城市现代化的发展,重金属及有机物污染土壤和水体的情况日益加重,严重威胁生态安全与人类健康。介绍了以微生物、植物为主的对重金属或有机物污染的土壤和水体进行治理的生物修复技术,其中着重介绍了微生物对重金属污染的修复机理(吸附和转化)及治理应用。微生物与植物的联合物理化学方法修复技术有望成为生物修复技术进一步发展的方向。
Along with the increase of population and the development of urban modernisation, heavy metal and organic pollution is becoming more serious in soil and water to threat the ecological security and human health. Bioremediation technologies by using microorganisms and plants to deal with heavy metals and organic matter in soil and water were introduced. It focused on the mechanism and application of microbic adsorption and transformation to remedy heavy metal pollution. The remediation technologies by using microbes and plants combined with physical and chemical processes could be expected to be an orientation for further development of bioremediation technologies.
