摘要
改革开放以来,我国的经济得到快速发展,与之相对应的上层建筑也发生变化,人们对健康的要求不再局限于身体上无病,而是希望躯体﹑精神和社会适应上能够完美统一,与这一要求不相适应的是我国医患关系紧张、医疗纠纷事件不断增加。其中医患沟通不畅是医患关系紧张的主要原因。基于此该文在中国知网,万方数据库,Patient Education and Counseling和Pub med等数据库检索近年来相关文献的基础上,结合自身的临床实践经验,着重从医患沟通障碍原因以及破解医患沟通障碍的解决措施两个方面加以讨论,以期能促进医患沟通,保障和谐医患关系的构建。
Since reform and opening-up, China＇s economy has rapidly developed and the superstructure also changes, people＇s requirement for health is no longer limited to no physical disease but expecting a perfect unification of body, spirit and social adaption, however, the continuous increase of strained doctor-patient relationship and medical disputes does not adapt to the requirement, and the poor doctor-patient communication is the main cause of strained doctor-patient relationship. The paper retrieves the related literatures through the databases including China national knowledge internet, Wanfang Data, Patient Education and Counseling and Pub med, and especially discusses the causes of doctor-patient communication disorders and measures of solving the doctor-patient communication problems in order to promote the doctor-patient communication and ensure the construction of harmonious doctor-patient relationship combined with their own clinical practice experiences.
