摘要
目的研究流程管理模式应用在护理管理中的应用价值。方法该院在2014年6月—2015年12月期间在护理管理中应用流程管理模式,2014年6月之前不采用流程管理模式,对流程管理模式实施前后医院护理质量进行对比性的研究分析。结果实施流程管理模式之后,护理人员的护理安全意识、护理服务水平显著提高,患者的护理满意度也在很大程度上得到提高,护患纠纷率降低;流程管理模式实施后,医院护理质量在很大程度上得到改善。结论流程管理模式应用在护理管理中的应用价值显著,在临床上值得广泛推广。
Objective To research the application value of process management model in the nursing management. Methods The process management model was applied in the nursing management in our hospital from June 2014 to December 2015, and the process management mode/ was not adopted before June 2014, and the hospital nursing quality before and after the implementation of process management model was compared and researched. Results After the implementation of process management model, the nursing safety awareness of the nursing staff and nursing service level were obviously improved, and the nursing satisfactory degree of patients were greatly improved and the nurse-patient dispute rate was reduced, and after the implementation of process management model, the hospital nursing quality was greatly improved. Conclusion The appli- cation value of the process management model in the nursing management is obvious, which is worth wide promotion in clin- ic.
