摘要
抽水蓄能电站具有水头高、引水系统线路长、洞内施工等特点,随着近些年越来越多的抽水蓄能电站全面开始进行开工建设,引水系统压力钢管HD值越来越大(尤其是钢岔管的HD值),并且国产高强度钢板应用也越来越多。呼和浩特抽水蓄能电站具有一定的代表性,引水压力钢管和高压钢岔管全部使用国产800 MPa级高强度钢板,高压钢岔管采用洞外整体拼装及水压试验,整体运输进洞安装。
A pumped storage power station features a high head,a long headrace route,and tunneling construction.Along with commencement of construction of more pumped storage power stations in recent years,the HD value of penstock for headrace becomes higher and higher(especially HD value of steel bifurcated pipe),and there are more and more applications of homemade high-strength steel plates.The Hohhot Pumped Storage Power Station is a typical one to a certain extent,since its penstocks of headrace and HP steel bifurcated pipes are of homemade 800 MPa high-strength steel plates.These HP steel bifurcated pipes are subjected to integral assembly and water pressure test before tunneling construction,as well as integral transport for installation in tunnels.
