摘要
实战化训练对军队院校的人才培养提出了更高的要求,军队院校应适应实战化变革要求,大力开展实战化教学。针对实战化教学是什么、实战化教学条件是什么,如何开展实战化教学等问题进行了研究,通过对实战化教学概念的深入剖析,总结了实战化教学的目标与特点,提出了开展实战化教学必备的教学基础条件建设以及教学实施要求,为开展实战化教学提供参考借鉴。
Actual combat training asks for higher requirements of personnel development in military academies. So military academies should be adapted to the actual combat training and vigorously carry out the actual combat-oriented teaching. In this paper, we define the concept of actual combat teaching, actual combat teaching conditions and how to develop actual combat teaching. Through in-depth analysis of actual combat teaching concept, we summarize its objectives and characteristics. Basic condition con- struction and teaching implementation requirements are proposed, which can provide a reference for conducting actual combat teaching.
