摘要
从黄岛区盐碱地采集土壤样品,分离和筛选高效解磷菌,并进行鉴定,在此基础上,研究了其对盐碱地的改良作用。结果表明,从盐碱地中分离到6株解磷菌,其中PC02解磷能力最高,有效磷含量为80.3mg/L;结合其形态特征、生理生化特性和16S r DNA基因序列及系统发育树分析,将其鉴定为巨大芽孢杆菌(Bacillus megaterium);解磷菌PC02具有降低盐碱地p H值和提高土壤有效磷含量的作用。
The soil sample of saline- alkali land in Huangdao was collected to isolate and screen high phosphate- solubilizing bacteria,then the screened strain was identified and its improving effects on saline-alkali land were determined. The results showed that six phosphate- solubilizing bacterial strains were isolated,among which,PC02 had the highest phosphate- solubilizing capacity with the available phosphorus content of 80. 3 mg/L. Combined with the analyses of morphological,physiological and biochemical characteristics,16 S r DNA sequence and phylogenetic tree,PC02 was identified as Bacillus megaterium. It had the functions of reducing p H value and improving available phosphorus content of saline- alkali land.
