准噶尔盆地乌夏探区优快钻井配套技术研究与应用

摘要 准噶尔盆地乌夏探区地层岩性复杂,部分地层压力变化大,漏失现象严重,风城组岩盐发育,可钻性差,机械钻速慢,钻井周期过长,严重制约了乌夏探区的勘探进程。通过综合分析该区块钻井地质特点,有针对性的开展乌夏探区钻井专项技术攻关。通过优化井身结构设计,采用欠平衡钻井技术,优选防漏堵漏抗盐侵钻井液体系和水泥浆固井技术,运用钻井集成提速技术,形成了一套适合乌夏探区的优快钻井配套技术。通过对比分析2010~2015年乌夏探区钻井技术指标,进行攻关后平均钻井周期缩短69d,复杂时率降低5.8%,平均机械钻速提高16.3%,平均月速度提高20.2%。 Wu-Xia exploration area of Junggar is a complex formation with complex lithologies, changeable regional pressure, serious formation leakage and existence of gypsolith of Fengcheng formation, leading to poor drillability, low ROP and long drilling circle, which greatly hinders the exploration progress in Wu-Xia exploration area. Through a comprehensive analysis of drilling geological characteristics of this block, efforts have been made to tackle the technical difficulties in drilling acceleration, and a complete set of techniques have been developed for drilling acceleration through such measures as optimization of wellbore configuration, using underbalanced drilling and lost circulation prevention and salt-tolerant drilling fluid, optimizing slurry cementing and using inte- gration technology of drilling. By comparing the analysis of tech-economic indication of drilling in Wu-Xia explo- ration area from 2010 to 2015, drilling period of the wells to which techniques have been applied was shortened to 69 d, and downhole trouble rate was down by 5.8%, and the average rate of penetration was up by 16.3%, and monthly drilling rate was improved by 20.2%.
