体能是一切军事训练的基础。入伍新兵体能训练是为提高新兵的身体素质、运动能力及适应能力而进行的身体训练。科学的训练方法能够提升新兵体能训练的效益。
Physical fitness is the basis of all military training. The army recruits physical training is to improve the physical quality of recruits, exercise capacity, physical strength and ability to adapt to the level of physical training. Scientific training method can improve the efficiency of physical training of recruits.
