1,4-丁二醇(BDO)含量对磺酸型水性聚氨酯性能的影响 被引量:1

Influence of 1,4-butanediol(BDO) content on the performance of sulfonated waterborne polyurethane

摘要 以异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)、聚己内酯二元醇(PCL)、1,4-丁二醇(BDO)、乙二胺等为主要原料,乙二胺基乙磺酸钠为亲水基,成功合成磺酸型水性聚氨酯(SWPU)。研究了不同BDO摩尔含量对SWPU乳液及其胶膜性能的影响。研究结果表明,随着BDO含量的增加,乳液平均粒径由208.7nm减小至75.2nm,然后又增大至212.5nm;DSC图显示,硬链段含量增加,分子间作用力增强,交联程度增加,Tg升高;胶膜的拉伸强度随着BDO含量增加由2.35MPa增大到18.88MPa,而断裂伸长率由2789%减小至1505%。 The sulfonated waterborne polyurethane dispersion were synthesized by using the poly-caprolactone diol as soft segment,isophorone diisocyanate and 1,4-butanediol as hard segment and N-(2-aminoethyl)-2-amino sodium ethyl sulfonate as the hydrophilic group. The effect of BDO content on the performance of polyurethane was studied. The results showed that with the increase of BDO, the mean particle size decreased from 208.7nm to 75.2nm, then increased to 212.5nm. The graphs of DSC showed that with the increase of hard segment content, intermolecular force enhanced, the degree of crosslinking and Tg increased. Films tensile strength increased from 2.35MPa to 18.88MPa,however the breaking elongation rate decrease from 2789% to 1505 %with the increase of BDO.
