红茶粉末对结晶紫吸附性能研究 被引量:7

Study on the adsorption behavior of crystal violet on black tea powder

摘要 研究了红茶粉末作为生物吸附剂对结晶紫的吸附性能。分别考察了吸附时间、红茶投加量、结晶紫初始浓度、pH值、温度和盐浓度等因素对红茶粉末吸附结晶紫性能的影响。结果表明:红茶粉末对结晶紫吸附效果较好,吸附反应时间180min基本达到平衡;红茶投加量越多,吸附率越高,吸附量越低。红茶吸附结晶紫为吸热反应,升高温度利于结晶紫吸附。盐加入不利于结晶紫吸附。红茶吸附结晶紫符合Langmuir和Freundlich吸附等温方程,最大吸附容量为108.70mg/g(313K)。 The adsorption behavior of crystal violet was studied with black tea powder as biological adsorbent. The effects of contact time,black tea dosage,initial crystal concentration, pH value, temperature and salt concentration on the adsorption of black tea powder for crystal violet were investigated, respectively. The results showed that the black tea pow- der had better adsorption effect for crystal violet. The adsorption obtained equilibrium at 180min. The more the black tea dosage was, the higher the adsorption efficiency was and the lower the adsorption capacity was. The adsorption of crystal violet on black tea was endothermic reaction, and the increasing of temperature was favorable to the adsorption of crystal vi- olet. However,the salts went against the adsorption of crystal violet. The adsorption of crystal violet on black tea powder fited with Langmuir and Freundlich adsorption isothermal equation,and the maximum adsorption capacity was 108.70mg/g at 313K.
