摘要
与医学本科生的医学人文教育相比,医学研究生的医学人文教育普遍得不到应有的重视,不能形成有效的医学人文教育体系,研究生导师在医学人文教育中往往处于严重的缺位状态。造成这些问题的原因,主要在于缺少明确的教育培养目标,缺少有效的教育主导平台,缺少必要的教育培养合力。解决这些问题,需要针对医学研究生自身的特点,构建适应医学专业需求的教育联动体系,优化注重精神引领的医学人文环境,提升强化实践融入的人文教育成效。
Comparing to humanistic education for medical graduates,the humanistic education of medical graduates did not get adequate attentions and emphasis it deserves to.It is unable to form an effective humanistic education system.And there is a great shortage of graduate advisors in humanistic education.This can generally attribute to the lacking of specific goals of education,effective platforms and necessary co-forces of education.To address these problems,we need to establish a connective system that is catering to the specific needs of diverse majors based on the characteristics of graduates,optimize the humanistic environment by emphasizing the leading of spirits,and reinforce the combination of practice into education so as to improve the effectiveness of humanistic education.
