界面强度对混凝土双丝拉拔性能的影响

Influence of interface strength on twin fiber pull-out test of concrete matrix

摘要 从细观角度考虑界面、骨料、钢丝、混凝土基体四相材料物理力学参数的非均匀分布,利用有限元软件建立双丝拉拔数值模拟模型,研究界面强度变化对双丝拉拔试件破坏模式和力学性能的影响,给出双丝-混凝土基试件在位移加载下的荷载-位移曲线、声发射计数曲线和剪应力分布。研究表明:界面强度变化会改变拉拔试件的破坏模式和声发射现象。界面强度较低时,双丝拉拔试件峰值荷载和韧性随界面强度增加而增加;而界面强度较高时,界面强度的提高对峰值荷载和韧性影响不明显。 Meso-level heterogeneous distribution of interface mechanical parameters has been investiga-ted.Numerical models for twin fibers pull-out test have been created by using finite element method.In-fluence of interface strength on damage pattern and mechanical properties have been studied on twin fibers pull-out test specimens.By applying load with displacement control,load-displacement curves,AE accu-mulative curves and interface shear stress distribution curves of twin fibers and concrete matrix test speci-men have been plotted.The damage pattern and AE pattern of pull-out test specimen changed along with the interface strength.As interface strength is low,both peak load and toughness increase with interface strength,and both peak load and toughness don't change obviously with high interface strength.
