摘要
为降低水泥浆受污染程度,提高钻井效率及固井质量,研制了新型单固井胶塞。利用有限元分析软件,对固井胶塞下入套管过程中的Von Mises应力和接触应力进行数值模拟,分析了固井胶塞的隔离效果和刮削能力。研究结果表明:新研制固井胶塞的Von Mises应力最大值为14.8MPa,低于橡胶的最低抗拉强度,不会发生"皮碗脱落"失效现象;固井胶塞与套管间的接触应力最大值为2.12MPa,具有良好的隔离效果和刮削能力。
In order to reduce the degree of contamination of cement slurry,increase well drilling efficiency and cement job quality,a new type of single cementing plug was developed.In this paper,using the finite element software,Von Mises stress and contact stress cementing plug into the sleeve procedure was made under the numerical simulation study.The Von Mises stress and contact stress have been numerical simulated during the cementing plug casing running process and quantitative analysis was made for the isolating and scraping ability of cementing plug by using the finite element software.The results show that:the maximum Von Mises stress of newly developed cementing plug is 14.8 MPa,below the minimum tensile strength of the rubber will not occur"cup off"failure phenomenon;the maximum contact stress between casing and cementing plug is 2.12 MPa,and it has good isolating and scraping ability.
