水热法-高温煅烧处理制备Ni_xCo_(1-x)MoO_4纳米片阵列/泡沫Ni复合材料及其赝电容性能研究 被引量:2

摘要 采用水热法-高温煅烧处理制备Ni_xCo_(1-x)MoO_4(x=0、0.25、0.50、0.75和1.00)纳米片阵列,利用XRD、FESEM、循环伏安法和恒流充放电测试方法,分析其晶体结构、微观形貌和赝电容性能。研究表明:Ni_xCo_(1-x)MoO_4纳米片阵列的晶体结构和微观形貌与Ni的相对含量有关;其中,晶体结构为NiMoO_4物相的Ni_(0.50)Co_(0.50)MoO_4纳米片阵列显示出高的比电容、增强的循环稳定性和高倍率放电能力,是一种性能优异的赝电容材料。 NixCo1-xMoO4(x=0,0.25,0.50,0.75 and 1.00)nanosheet array was prepared through hydrothermal method and high-temperature calcination. The crystal structure, micromorphology and pseudocapacitance performance of the samples prepared above were analyzed by using XRD,FESEM, cyclic voltammetry (CV)and galvanostatic charging-discharging method.The results indicate that the crystal structure and micromorphology are related to the relative content of Ni element in NixCo1-xMoO4 materials.Among them,Ni0.50 Co0.50 MoO4 nanosheet array with the crystal structure of NiMoO4 phase exhibits high specific capacitance,enhanced cycling stability and desired rat capability.So,it was an advanced pseudocapacitance material.
