摘要
PBL(problem-based learning,PBL)是一种以问题为基础,以学生为中心,倡导学生通过自学、分析、讨论和合作解决问题,培养学生自主学习能力,提高学生综合思考能力的教学方法和教学理念。病理生理学是一门沟通临床医学与基础医学的桥梁性学科,目前病理生理学教学模式仍沿袭以教师课堂讲解为主,由于病理生理学内容抽象,学生难以理解,教学效果不佳。因此,在病理生理学教学中进行PBL教学模式的改革,对提高病理生理教学教学质量具有重要意义。
PBL( problem-based learning,PBL) is a teaching method on the base of problem-based,student-centered,student advocacy through self-study,analysis,discussion and collaborative problem.Pathophysiology is a clinical and basic medical communication "bridge"discipline. Because the content of pathophysiology is complex and abstract,traditional teaching method cannot make students easily to understand. Therefore,to explore more suitable teaching methods,we make the PBL cases in the pathophysiology education literature and share thoughts on the principles and details of PBL practice,and provides suggestions on PBL practice for pathophysiology education.
