Objective To investigate the relationships of serum lipoprotein- associated phospholipase A2( Lp- PLA2),homocysteine( Hcy),high density lipoprotein cholesterol( HDL- C) with coronary artery lesion. Methods 86 patients with chest pain were collected from our hospital during Jan. 2015- Jan. 2016 and divided into the lesion group( n = 43) and the control group( n = 43) according to whether there was coronary artery lesion. The levels of Lp- PLA2,Hcy,HDL- C were compared between the two groups. Results The levels of Lp- PLA2 and Hcy were higher in the lesion group than those of the control group, with difference statistically significant( P〈0. 05). While the difference on levels of hs- CRP,PLT and D- D were not statistically significant between two groups( P〈0. 05). Conclusion The levels of Lp- PLA2,Hcy,HDL- C are closely associated with coronary artery lesion, while hs- CRP,PLT,D- D have nothing to do with coronary artery lesions.
