摘要
目的探讨超声弹性成像评分法联合面积比值法对乳腺癌的鉴别诊断价值。方法选择本院收治的89例(92个病灶)乳腺疾病患者为研究对象,分别以超声弹性成像评分法、面积比值法、联合评价法对患者乳腺肿块的良恶性进行鉴别诊断。结果良性病变患者的面积比值为1.07±0.21,明显低于恶性病变的1.92±0.29,差异有统计学意义(t=17.89,P<0.05)。超声弹性成像评分法的诊断准确性、敏感度、特异度分别为86.96%、80.00%、92.31%;面积比值法的诊断准确性、敏感度、特异度分别为84.78%、77.50%、90.38%;联合评价的诊断准确性、敏感度、特异度分别为96.74%、97.50%、96.15%,明显优于单一诊断疗法的诊断评价效果。结论超声弹性成像评分法联合面积比值法对乳腺癌进行诊断,敏感度和准确性明显优于单一诊断疗法的诊断评价效果,对乳腺病变良恶性的鉴别有重要的临床意义。
Objective To explore the value of ultrasound elastography score method combined with area ratio method in the identification and diagnosis for breast diseases. Methods 89 cases( 92 lesions) of breast disease patients in our hospital were collected as the research objects,who were treated with ultrasonic elastography score method,area ratio method and combined evaluation method for the differential diagnosis of benign or malignant breast mass. Results The area ratio of the patients with benign lesions was 1. 07 ± 0. 21,which was significantly lower than the malignant lesions( 1. 92 ± 0. 29),with the difference statistically significant( P〈0. 05). The diagnostic accuracy,sensitivity and specificity with ultrasound elastography score method were 86. 96%,80. 00% and 92. 31% respectively. The diagnostic accuracy,sensitivity and specificity of area ratio method were 84. 78%,77. 50% and 90. 38% respectively. And that of the combined method were 96. 74%,97. 75% and 96. 15%,which were significantly higher than the single diagnostic method. Conclusion Ultrasound elastography score method combined with the method of acreage ratio for breast cancer diagnosis has better diagnostic sensitivity and accuracy,was obviously better than that of single diagnosis therapy evaluation effect,and has important clinical significance in the identification of benign and malignant breast lesions.
