摘要 目的 探讨微电脑嵌入式俯坐位面部支架的制作方法 和应用效果.方法 选择玻璃体切除联合眼内填充术后需面向下体位的20例患者为研究对象,采用常规俯卧或俯坐位及微电脑嵌入式俯坐位面部支架,比较患者对3种方法 的舒适度及方便性评价.结果 微电脑嵌入式俯坐位面部支架使用的舒适度及方便性均优于常规的俯卧位和俯坐位.结论 玻璃体切除联合眼内填充术后使用微电脑嵌入式俯坐位面部支架可提高患者俯坐位的舒适度及方便性,有利于提高患者执行面向下体位的依从性,促进视网膜复位. Objective To explore the design and application effect of facial support in face down sit with mi-crocomputer embedded. Methods Twenty patients who needed to take the brow-down position after vitrectomy with in-traocular tamponade were chosen as the research objects. The prone position or face down sit of the conventional meth-ods and face down sit with the facial support in face down sit with microcomputer embedded were adopted. The evaluation for comfort and convenience of three kinds of methods were compared. Results The degree of comfort and convenience of the facial support in face down sit with microcomputer embedded were all better than that of the regular meth-ods. Conclusions The application of facial support in face down sit with microcomputer embedded for patients undergo-ing vitrectomy with intraocular tamponade can improve the degree of comfort and convenience of patients in face down sit, which can help to improve the compliance of patients to perform the position of brow-down, and promote retinal re-attachment.
