摘要
主要涉及长距离多驱动点带式输送机的启停控制技术和功率平衡。分析了多驱动点带式输送机的启动过程中出现的问题,找出正确的启停方式。比较了2种功率平衡方式,根据多驱动点带式输送机的载料和张力分布情况,最终采用头部3台驱动保持功率平衡、中部3台驱动保持功率平衡,然后根据中驱张力值来分配头部驱动和中部驱动的做功。
Mainly relates to the start and stop control technology and power balance of long distance multi drive belt conveyor. The problem of the starting process of the multi drive belt conveyor is analyzed, and the correct starting and stopping method is found. According to the multi drive belt conveyor loading and tension distribution, compared the two kinds of power balance. Finally, the head drive to keep power balance, central three drivers to maintain balance of power, then the drive tension to the dispensing head driving and central drive acting.
