摘要
为保证全液压坑道钻机在施工高位孔时操作人员的安全,方便加卸钻杆和拆装水便,研制了一种新型矿用人员钻具举升装置。对举升装置的强度进行了有限元仿真分析,采用数值分析的方法对有限元分析中机构薄弱点进行了再校核。设计了机构的液压驱动方案,建立液压仿真模型,结合使用现场情况对液压驱动方案进行了验证。
A new kind of mine personnel and drilling tool lifting device is presented for providing a convenient for remove drill pipe and other device when higher drilling works. The strength of the device was analyzed by finite element method and the mathematical calculation method was used to analyze the weak point of the finite element analysis results. Also sets up the hydraulic simulation model of the institutions, and combines with computer simulation software(Matlab) to analyze and verify the correctness of the model.
