摘要
根据某舰炮故障排除和结构改进要求,针对独立抽筒机构与炮闩运动匹配性问题,建立了计算模型;得出了复进抽筒过程中抽筒子转角与转速随炮身复进位移和复进时间的变化曲线,以及复进开闩过程中炮闩位移与速度随炮身复进位移和复进时间的变化曲线;分析了抽筒子与炮闩在挂闩过程中相对位置和相对时间的匹配性,从空间位置和时序角度来说,能实现可靠挂闩。分析结果能够为舰炮维修保障、结构改进提供技术支撑。
According to the requirement of improving trouble shooting and structure,and aimed at the motion matching of naval gun independent extractor mechanism and breech mechanism,the calculation model of extractor and breech mechanism was established. The changing graph of complex displacement and complex time of extractor diversion and rotation rate was obtained together with that of the breechblock displacement and velocity following the body of the gun. An analysis was made of the matching of the relative position and relative time about independent extractor mechanism and breech mechanism in breechlock catching. The analysis results showed it was reliable and effective for breechlock catching from the perspective of spatial locations and time order. The analytical results are significant for the maintenance and technological improvement of the naval gun.
