摘要
目前,电力企业零散物资主要由公司总部及各级单位实施集中采购,集中采购与多样化需求、便捷化供应之间的矛盾日益凸显,采购效率效益及规范性亟需提高。文中从电力企业零散物资出发,对零散物资采购中存在的问题深入探讨,研究、借鉴相关企业采购案例,以电商化采购为方向指引,结合零散物资特性,创新提出实时价和固定价两种采购业务方式,并对各自的适用范围、供应商主体选择、采购策略等方面进行具体界定,为电力企业零散物资采购管理研究提供新思路。
