摘要
目的：评价腹腔镜子宫悬吊术治疗子宫脱垂的可行性及疗效.方法：回顾性分析2010年8月～2013年11月常州市中医院实行腹腔镜子宫悬吊术的54例中度子宫脱垂患者的疗效及并发症情况.结果：随访12个月,治愈率为100％,无严重并发症发生.结论：腹腔镜子宫悬吊术治疗子宫脱垂安全、有效、微创,患者生活质量明显提高,特别适合希望保留子宫的患者.
OBJECTIVE： To evaluate curative effect of laparoscopic ventrifixation in treatment of uterine prolapse. Methods ： 54 cases with middle uterine prolapse were selected from Changzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from August 2010 to Novem- ber 2013. The curative effect of laparoscopie ventrifixation and complications were analyzed retrospectively. RESULTS： All of the ca- ses were followed up for 12 months. The success rate was 100%. No severe complications occurred. CONCLUSION： Laparoscopic ventrifixation is safe, effective, and mini - invasive in the treatment of uterine prolapse. The quality of life of the patients is improved obviously. And the method is suitable for the patients hoping for uterine preservation.
