摘要
现代科技的飞速发展和核心竞争力的提升需要大量创新型高级人才,为此提出了以培养创新意识和提高创新能力为目标的人才培养模式。CDIO是高校培养和造就高级创新型科技人才的重要途径,文中重点对CDIO人才培养方式进行了深入研究,提出了基于CDIO的创新型人才培养实施方案。基于CDIO的创新型人才培养模式的有效运行,可满足我校学生自我价值实现的需要,同时也带动了校风、学风建设,是促进高校教育教学行之有效的途径。
The rapid development of modem technology and the promotion of core competitiveness require a large number of innovative talents. For this purpose, the training modes of talents with the aims of cultivating the sense of innovation and improving the ability of creative design are put forward in the paper. CDIO is an important way to cultivate and train high level innovative scientific and technological personnel in the universities. The CDIO training methods are focused on, and the implementation plan of innovative talents training based on CDIO are put forward in this paper. Thanks to the effective operation of innovative talent training based on CDIO, it met the needs of our school students' value realization and is good for school spirit and style of study which is an effective way to promote the teaching and learning in colleges.
