摘要
为达到焦炉生产机车定位控制要求,提出了基于感应无线技术的焦炉机车定位控制方案。文章介绍了感应无线定位控制系统的基本结构和工作原理,详细阐述了焦炉机车定位控制策略,重点分析了感应无线数据通信中的干扰抑制与消除方法,构建了多机车定位控制三维立体结构模型。文中研究的焦炉机车定位控制技术,为焦炉安全生产提供了一定的技术保障,因此设计的系统具有一定的使用价值和应用前景。
In order to meet the requirement of positioning control for coke oven production, the control scheme of coke oven locomotive based on induction radio technology is put forward to.The basic structures and working principles about positioning control systems based on induction radio are introduced.The control strategy of coke oven locomotive location is expounded in detail.In addition, the methods of interference suppression and elimination about data transmission based on induction radio are mainly analyzed, and the three-dimensional structure of locomotive automatic running model is built.The positioning control technology and system researched in this paper provide a certain technical guarantee for the safe production of the coke oven locomotive, so that the designs of the systems have some application values and application prospects.
