中国农业减排效应、潜力及对策

Effect, Potential and Countermeasures of China's Agricultural Emission Reduction

摘要 当前,受农村地区农业生产条件落后、技术水平低等因素影响,中国农村能源利用效率仍较低。中国农业产业仍是"排碳"大户,并且农业领域的节能减排正逐步受到全球的更多关注。结合农业减排的关键技术,从农产品产量和效益、国际贸易、劳动力就业3个方面分析了当前中国农业减排的影响效应,进一步指出了当前中国农业减排的主要潜力,最后在此基础上提出了推进中国农业减排的相关建议。 At present, the energy efficiency in China's rural areas is still low due to the backward production conditions and the low technical level. Carbon emission is still high in China's agricultural industry,and agricultural energy conservation and emission reduction is gradually being more concerned. Combined with the key technologies of agricultural emission reduction, the authors analyzed the effects of agricultural emission reduction in China from the aspects of agricultural products output and benefit, international trade and labor employment, pointed out the current potential of China's agricultural emission reduction, at last proposed some suggestions to promote agricultural emission reduction in China.
