摘要
将高丹草种子搭载返地卫星进行航天诱变处理,经地面种植鉴别有益突变体,定向纯化选育,创制种质资源新材料。卫星搭载种子的后代中发现株高变矮、分蘖增强突变性状,SSR分子检测证实变异发生在DNA水平。经早期世代的营养繁殖逐步提高其有性生殖能力,再经连续多代的纯化选择,育成遗传稳定、植株矮化、分蘖力强的高丹草突变新材料DMT-05。新材料DMT-05株高约140cm,单株平均分蘖数17.8个,单株平均鲜重3.72kg,叶茎比0.71,干物质含量23.12%。
To create new forage grass germplasm,some seeds(S.bicolar×S.sudanense)were carried in backward satellite No.22 and planted in field to explore benefit mutant and homozygote breed.Some mutated plants with dwarf and multi-tiller trait were explored in the descendants from space flied seeds.The mutation was proved to trigger by DNA damage with SSR analysis.Following the early vegetative propagation generations,its generative propagation capacity was improved.By some generations homozygote selecting,a new mutated germplasm with genetic stability,dwarf plant and muti-tiller,DMT-05,was created.The plant height was about 140 cm,average individual tiller was 17.8piece,single plant average fresh weight was 3.72 kg,leaf-stem ratio was 0.71 and dry matter content was 23.12%.
