摘要
各级各类的教师培训,为教师提供了一个交流与学习的平台,为教师教育理论与教学实践能力的提高起到了良好的助推作用。但现今的教师培训大多都是安排性的"围餐式"培训,参加培训的教师大多处于"被培训"状态;虽然取得了一定成绩,但也存在一些问题。探索"自助餐式"的选择性教师培训模式,有助于满足教师个性化专业发展,促进教师专业实践知识和理论水平的再构建与再发展。
The various training courses provide teachers opportunities to learn and communicate, which help a lot to improve their theoretical knowledge and practical ability. However, most of the courses right now are arranged as encircles meals, in which the teachers are trained very passively. In this condition, even though some achievements have been obtained, a lot of problems deserve attention. We should try the buffet style courses, which may improve the individualized professional developments of the teachers. On this circumstances, the re-constructions and re-developments of the theoretical knowledge and practical ability for teachers will be facilitated.
