从实践环节到综合课程:小学教育专业教育见习的模式变革 被引量:1

摘要 目前国内小教专业实行的传统型教育见习模式普遍存在课程定位偏离、师生效率低下等弊端。在此背景下,浙江师大沿袭并创新了全程一贯的浸润式见习模式,但也暴露出师范生主动性匮乏、实践缺乏理论指导的不足。针对以上问题,应本着系统实践融合理论研讨的思路,从课程理念、基本制度、形式内容层面对教育见习进行综合课程化改革。综合课程化教育见习模式的运行需要完善经费、师资、技术的配置。 currently,the traditional education model as the practice link,which is widely used in domestic elementary education major presents many problems,such as curriculum orientation deviation,low efficiency of teachers and students and so on. In this context,Zhejiang Normal University followed and creatively formed infiltration mode of teaching probation with gradually rising status of the course and the whole consistent trainee form,but also exposed shortcomings about initiative lack of normal students and the lack of theoretical guidance for practice. In view of the above problems,we should combine the theory study with system practice to make teaching probation a comprehensive curriculum in the way of the curriculum idea,the basic system and the form and content. The operation of the teaching probation mode of comprehensive curriculum needs to improve the allocation of funds,teachers and technology and may encounter difficulties in the corresponding field.
