摘要
以3种砧木(深窝梨砧嫁的弥渡香酥梨、红雪梨砧嫁的弥渡香酥梨和棠梨砧嫁的弥渡香酥梨)及不同成熟度(8成熟与10成熟)的弥渡香酥梨为试材,对7个品质指标进行测定和模糊综合评价,结果表明,砧木对香酥梨品质的影响明显,不同砧木香酥梨综合得分依序为:深窝-香酥梨>红雪-香酥梨>棠梨-香酥梨,其中棠梨-香酥梨得分显著低于深窝-香酥梨和红雪-香酥梨(P<0.05),而红雪-香酥梨与深窝-香酥梨综合得分差异不显著(P>0.05),因此,采用深窝梨和红雪梨嫁接弥渡香酥梨能保证果实的品质,棠梨不宜作弥渡香酥梨嫁接的砧木;8成熟的香酥梨可滴定酸度极显著低于10成熟的香酥梨(P<0.05),糖酸比及综合评分显著高于10成熟的香酥梨(P<0.01),而其他指标无显著性差异(P>0.05),表明8成熟的香酥梨食用品质更高。
Based on Xiang-su pears in Midu county of Yunnan Province with different kinds of rootstocks and different degrees of maturity, 7 quality indicators were measured and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation was conducted. The results showed that the effects of rootstocks on quality of Xiang-su pears were obviously, and the comprehensive evaluated scores were in an order of Shen-wo rootstock pear〉Hong-xue rootstock pear〉Chang-li rootstock pear. Among which, the score of Chang-li rootstock pear was significiantly lower than that of Shen-wo rootstock pear and Hong-xue rootstock pear (P〈0.05), and there were no significant difference between Shen-wo rootstock pear and Hong-xue rootstock pear ( P〉0. 05 ). Therefore, Shen-wo or Hong-xue pears were more suitable for grafting root- stocks. Titrate acid in Xiang-su pear with 80% maturity were significantly lower than compltely maturity (P 〈 0.01 ), sugar acid ratio and comprehensive scores were significantly higher than completely maturity ( P〈0. 05),and there were no significant difference in other indexes (P〉0. 05 ) . Therefore, Xiang-su pear with 80% maturity was better than completely maturity in terms of edible quality.
