摘要
目的分析PBL结合CBL教学在口腔住院医师规范化培训中的应用成效。方法研究对象选取本院2015年1~12月进行培训的48名口腔住院医师。将其随机分为甲组和乙组,甲组学生应用传统的教学模式授课,乙组则采用PBL结合CBL教学授课。对两组学生的理论考核成绩、实践考核成绩以及对教学手段的评价进行对比。结果两组学生的理论成绩和实践考核成绩差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.05);乙组学生中认为该教学模式能够提高学习兴趣、提高问题分析能力和自主学习能力的人数更多,对比甲组差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论 PBL结合CBL教学在口腔住院医师规范化培训中能够获得较好的理论和实践考核成绩,同时有助于提高学生的学习兴趣与分析能力。
Objective To analyze the effect of PBL combined with CBL teaching on standardized training of oral residents. Methods 48 oral residents were selected in our hospital from January to December 2015. They were randomly divided into group A and group B, group A students used the traditional teaching mode of teaching, group B with PBL combined with CBL teaching. Two groups of students in the theoretical examination results, the practice of assessment results and the evaluation of teaching methods are compared. Results The two groups have statistical significance of the theory and practice of student achievement assessment score difference(P〈0.05), the number of students in group B that the teaching mode can improve the interest of learning, problem analysis ability and learning ability more, there was statistically significant correlation between group A(P〈0.05). Conclusion PBL combined with CBL teaching can get better theoretical and practical results in standardized training of oral residents, and help to improve students' interest in learning and analysis.
