摘要
目的探析内固定系统在口腔颌面外科手术中的临床应用效果。方法回顾相关资料,选取我院2014年7月~2016年5月收治的口腔颌面骨折的患者100例,所有患者均进行外科手术,由于术中治疗方法不同,采用不同的内固定技术,随机分为对照组和实验组各50例,对比各组患者的治疗效果和并发症的发生情况。结果进行不同的固定技术后,实验组的效果优于对照组,且并发症的发生率低于对照组,组间的数据结果比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论针对口腔颌面外科手术的患者进行不同的固定技术,效果明显不同,其中,应用可吸收型的内固定技术效果较好,降低了术后并发症情况,提高了生活质量。
Objective To study the clinical effect of internal fixation system in the treatment of oral and maxillofacial surgery. Methods Review of the relevant data, 100 cases of oral and maxillofacial fracture in our hospital from July 2014 to May 2016 were selected. All patients underwent surgical operation, due to the different treatment methods, using different internal fixation techniques, were randomly divided into control group and experimental group with 50 cases in each group, the ratio of each group of patients with treatment effect and complications the occurrence. Results After different fixation techniques, the effect of the experimental group was better than the control group, and the incidence of complications was lower than that of the control group, the difference of the data between groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Different fixation techniques for oral and maxillofacial surgery, the effect is obviously different, the better effect of absorbable fixation type, reduce the complications, improve the quality of life.
