摘要
目的评价人文关怀护理对膀胱镜检查患者心理改善的效果。方法2015年1~7月,筛选膀胱镜检查患者320例,根据入院顺序,随机分为对照组和人文组,各入选患者160例,对照组给予常规护理,人文组给予人文护理,严格规范操作,营造安全的氛围,做好细节照顾,尊重患者隐私,做好护患沟通。结果人文组焦虑恐惧等级低于对照组（u=7.590）,护理满意率高于对照组（χ2=23.698）,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论人文关怀护理可有效减轻膀胱镜检查患者恐惧,帮助检查顺利完成。
Objective To evaluate the effect of humanistic nursing care to improve the psychological state of patients with cystoscopy results. Methods 320 cases who underwent screening cystoscopy from January to July 2015 were randomly divided into control group and humanistic group according to the order of admission, 160 cases in each group, control group was given routine nursing, the humanistic group was given humanistic nursing, operation was strictly regulated, a safe atmosphere was created, details of care were done, the privacy of the patients was respected. Results Humanistic anxiety and fear levels were lower in humanistic group than that of the control group（u=7.590） and nursing satisfaction rate in humanistic group was higher than that of the control group（χ2=23.698, P〈0.05）. Conclusion Humanistic care can effectively reduce the fear of the patients with cystoscope examination.
